Automotive Service Consultant

Morong Falmouth, a long standing, premium New Car Dealership, is growing quickly and is searching for an additional Service Consultant This is a fast-paced position that requires a dedication to customer service, a high degree of attention to detail, and an overall commitment to excellence. 


Job Responsibilities:

·       Serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and technicians

·       Advise on maintenance and repairs needed per OEM maintenance menus and technician recommendations.

·       Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales within the service department.

·       Understand customers' concerns and arrange for appropriate service.

·       Prioritize needed services and offer options based on each unique situation.

·       Set and manage expectations for cost and timing, and ensure that those expectations are matched or surpassed.

·       Ensure that customers are updated throughout the course of their visit via their preferred form of communication.


Job Requirements

·       A minimum of two years' experience is strongly preferred.

·       Experience with CDK and X-time is also strongly preferred.

·       An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is needed.

·       A valid driver's license is required.

Service Technician

Morong Falmouth, a growing, family-run dealership that sells and services Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Mazda vehicles, is actively seeking a number of  service technicians with a passion for our luxury and performance vehicles.

Our automotive service center needs a reliable service technician with a minimum of two years' experience to join our team. As a technician you will work with the latest tools and equipment to diagnose, maintain, and repair the most advanced vehicles in the consumer market today.

Applicant must be properly licensed and have the experience necessary to provide our customers a with premium service experience. A dedication to quality and customer service is a necessity in this position.

Candidates must also be willing to operate all automotive repair tools, have knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment, be willing to travel for training and be able to communicate well with fellow technicians, service advisers, parts consultants, and senior management.

Additionally, we are also seeking to add Apprentice and Entry-Level technicians who are looking to start a career within the automotive industry.  This is perfect for individuals who are going to automotive school, or who have experience working on their own vehicles and wish to learn about their potential for a future in this industry. A wide range of levels of experience are acceptable for these positions.

Pay commensurate with experience and ability. Positions can be flat-rate, hourly, or based on a hybrid plan that incorporates both. 
Current Work Weeks are Monday through Friday.
