I have bought many cars in my life and this was the best experience by far. From the start, Vici listened to what I wanted, showed me all the options and let me steer the pace and direction of the entire process. He didn't up sell me nor put me through the tedious process other dealers do. In fact, I compared deals at a big MA dealer and they were the exact opposite-no willingness to listen and a take it or leave it approach.
